Ensure that the correct stain is applied to the product and removed free of build-up and rag marks.
Read product labels to confirm the correct stain is used Check the product for defects or material flaws.
Must past the proper hue color test if viewing color.
Use color panels to ensure a correct color match.
Operate tanks at the correct pressure and complete appropriate preventative maintenance measures.
Must follow Safety and Environmental Polices and Guiding Principles.
Experience with spraying color is a plus! Requirements:
Ability to comprehend and follow job safety guidelines Able to comprehend and follow directions on a load card Able to lift parts from floor to operation level frequently Skilled in the use of finish equipment Capable of setting up equipment to specifications Understands/follows proper lockout procedures Able to perform preventative maintenance to tools/equipment Able to comprehend and perform proper spraying processes Ability to identify nonconformities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
