Responsibilities:
Support the factory targets around Safety, Quality, Reliability and Productivity Product the proper finish write-ups for color panels, standard and special.
maintain and revise all finish write-ups Audit control step panels for lines Audit finish lines weekly and report out to team.
Work with finish team and help back fill as needed.
Maintain color panel inventories for business unit New product development of finish coatings for specific Kimball International business unit Ensure that all sprayers are trained and using proper spraying techniques, use spray guns and equipment properly, maintained, and clean Performs duties and tasks as assigned Education/Work Experience required:
High school diploma (good understanding of chemistry a plus) and three years minimum hands-with metal powder coat and finish experience.
